Inspired in California and imported to Switzerland, I produce organic cold-pressed juice, wellness shots, smoothies, and healthy treats. Now producing at Atelier Verdan in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland.

For those who are curious about what kind of juices I usually produce – I always go for organic – the exception being when the choice is between something lovely & local, or something flown in by airplane from very far away. My concept involves finding a healthy ecological balance there. Supporting local farmers is also something that we are invested in, as they have invested in our health too!

There is also a focus on seasonal fruits and vegetables, although there are some fruits that I enjoy using, such as pineapple, that don’t fall off of trees here in Switzerland -😂😜. Nonetheless, Biel/Bienne is a very fertile region, and it’s a joy to bring out the best of our region’s flavors in the form of juice and it’s all so good for us too – what a bonus!
